Wine Down Wednesday “Painted Horse Edition”

Hey Damegoodlifestyle family ! Happy Wednesday! As I sit and reflect on how the weather has been in Atlanta for the past couple weeks I think we have to expect the unexpected. Today we are experiencing 22degrees Sunny. Now for some that is nothing, but for a girl like me being from a place of paradise and we only wore our snow boots in 60 degree weather that is a bit much ! Anyways , we have to be willing to enjoy the days no matter what. Here at Damegoodlifestyle lifestyle we enjoy doing things like wine tastings , yacht parties, brunches , and dinner at some of the most prestige restaurants around the USA . Let’s dive into this beautiful experience we had at The Painted Horse.

What is The Painted Horse you might ask? The Painted Horse is a winery in Milton, GA . You could book private wine tastings or even group wine tastings which ever you’d prefer. This was such an amazing experience. The staff at the winery were so kind and very attentive to all guest . They ensured that each of us had a beautiful experience. They are rated a 4.8 on Google so you know the customer service is A1. Their vineyard has been compared to those in Italy and Europe. It has wonderfully arranged yards with pool and hills and greenery that are a pleasure to look over. They also had lovely farm animals that we were able to pet and enjoy after we finished with the wine tastings. We also enjoyed some spinach dipped with bread that tasted absolutely delicious. The staff give you the option of a flight of reds, or a flight of whites. We went went both since we wanted to really take in the ambiance of it all and enjoy although this particular day was rainy so we were inside. Inside they have real wine barrels that they make the wine in. They also had beautiful paintings all around the vineyard that you could simply gaze upon as you enjoy your wine.

Two flights later we decided to order a bottle of champagne that was great as well. After long conversations about this year and what we plan to accomplish here at damegoodlifestyle , we headed over to pet the farm animals. We got to pet goats, cows , and even a donkey . They were so friendly, I say take your kids there because they would surely enjoy that part of the vineyard . I personally would love to go back on a day that isn’t so wet that way we could ride the horses if we‘d like . So if you ever want to find something to do and enjoy a relaxing day I say this place should be highly recommended. I seen on their instagram page that sometimes they even have live bands there. Wine tasting and beautiful music is always a plus yo add to the experience. I hope you have a day of ease .
